Sales relationships

The type of product and the age of the product linked with the company’s history will enter into the determination of the type of contract. In any case a contract would be drawn up and mutually agreed upon.

Sales relationships can be on a straight commission basis or commission plus a monthly retainer. This would depend on the length of the sell cycle and the amount of sales time that the company would want to be guaranteed, spent on the product. MMA Technologies reserves the right to hire sales representatives or sub contract with outside associates of MMA Tech. to achieve the results our clients want.

Management and consulting relationships

A contract would be drawn up and mutually agreed upon that would incorporate a Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW would outline and specifically describe the end goal, including all of the functions, responsibilities, and authorities of both partners, as well as the time line(s) for completion. Obviously the relationship can be long or short term.
